PRACTICAL ADVICE
Take a test....
Wood is an extremely difficult and demanding substrate, so a test must be carried out before the first use to ensure that the tape sticks. To prevent the wood fibers from coming loose when the tape is pulled off, it is necessary to perform the test.
Remove the tape slowly and with great care, avoiding sudden movements. All tapes should be removed slowly from the side of the painted surface - avoid sudden movements and at an angle of approximately 40°.

Prepare the substrate
Before applying the tape, it is advisable to properly prepare the substrate - the surface must be dry, clean and degreased. Porous substrates, such as loose plaster or peeling paint, require preparation, for example priming with a suitable primer.
How to use
When sticking the tape, it is very important not to touch the layer on which the adhesive is applied. Before using the tape, you should test the adhesive regardless of the tape type and surface. With double-sided tapes, the type of surface plays an important role - rough and porous surfaces have a low degree of grip. Adhesive tape should be used at a temperature consistent with the manufacturer's recommendations, not lower than room temperature. The optimal effect of straight and clean edges is obtained by removing the tape immediately after painting, before the paint is completely dry.
